Pack 809 Annual Family Campout

Each summer, the scouts and families of Pack 809 gather for a fun-filled weekend of camping, usually during the month of May or June. The scouts enjoy activities such as campfires, crafts, sports, songs and skits, leave no trace training, swimming and a Sunday Scouts own Service. Scouts participate in the cooking and cleaning up of the camp and got the full experience of wilderness life if only for two days. A great time is had by all.

Stay tuned for information about the 2012 Family Campout, tentatively scheduled for May 18-20, 2012 at a location TBD but sure to be fun for all!

2010 Family Campout

In 2010 we camped on June 10-12 at Camp Rodney.

2009 Family Campout

In 2009 we camped on June 5-7, 2009 at Gifford Pinchot State Park.

2008 Family Campout

In 2008 we camped at Susquehannock State Park, 1880 Park Drive, Drumore, PA 17518, June 6-8.
